VaCa in Chile

Hey y'all. Sorry it's taken me forever to finally get around to posting an update. We arrived back from Chile on Sunday evening. It was a nice trip. We mostly spent our time laying on the beach and playing frisbee. It was pretty uneventful, except when Pedro almost got washed away by a huge wave. David, Pedro, and I were walking around on some rocks near some gnarly waves. David was messing around and challenging the waves, when Pedro decided that he wanted to play too. As soon as he got out on the rocks, a monster wave completely overtook him. It knocked him off his feet and nearly washed him into the ocean. He played it off like it was nothing, but he got majorly scratched up from the jagged rocks... and now can bearly walk. He's tough though. Welp, that's about all. We stayed at a small little hostel, which Randy and Ross had scouted out a couple weeks earlier. It was run by a family of four with two daughters. It was a well known fact that the younger daughter was quite a hottie, and it was David's mission to get a date. It was a great time messing with David the whole time, but of course he was too chicken to even talk to the girl. Oh well, better luck next time. It's fun to get away, but it's always so good to be home.
